Automatic Horizontal Pillow Food Package Machine
The automatic packaging machine is a product specially developed for large and medium-sized customers. Its main structure adopts three sets of servo systems to replace the traditional mechanical chain and transmission system. The electrical control system adopts a large-screen man-machine interface and advanced PLC electronic control components to replace the original buttons, indicator lights and instrument panel operating systems

Feature:
1. Using the original Japanese servo motor, one drives the feeding mechanism, and the other drives the horizontal sealing and cutting. There is no transmission and differential in the mechanical structure, and most of the chain drive is omitted, so the whole machine runs smoothly. And a separate motor drives the feeding to separate it from the end seal, so that the vibration of the end seal does not affect the feeding chain, making the feeding more stable.
2 2. A man-machine dialogue window composed of a large-screen man-machine interface, the content of the window is oriented to user operation, and the two-way description in Chinese and English, the packaging speed, packaging length, and control method are directly inputted by the screen numbers.
3. Using photoelectric detection, driven by servo system, it can be automatically controlled according to the printing color mark on the film to ensure the accurate and exquisite cutting length and printing pattern. The adjustment of the tracking and cutting position is simple. The operator only needs to introduce the packaging film into the machine, confirm the initial state and press the button. The electronic control system automatically determines the cutting position.
4. The safety protection stop and fault stop of the machine are displayed on the man-machine interface, which makes maintenance and troubleshooting simple.
5. The appearance of the whole machine is designed with reference to similar foreign models, and the appearance is beautiful and practical.
6. Direct heat longitudinal sealing, the heater and the sealing wheel are in direct contact, and the heat loss is small when they rotate together.
7. Adapt to a variety of packaging films, the maximum film thickness is 0.02-0.08mm, the maximum film width is 700mm, the maximum width of the package is 230mm, and the maximum is 105mm.
8. The main components of the electronic control system use Japanese original devices, and the working process adopts the programmable logic controller of the Japanese company, with high automation procedures and high reliability.
9. The heating system adopts 220V electric heating system, which has fast heating and precise temperature control.
10. The electronic control system has the function of color mark detection, which can alarm the deviation of the color mark, the deviation of the packaging film and the wrong setting of the photoelectric switch
11. The positioning and parking function can prevent the problem of melting between the horizontal sealer and the film when parking.
12. Independent servo motor drives the feeding chain, with automatic material shortage compensation function. When there is a lack of material on the conveyor, the feeding motor continues to run, the film motor and the sealing and cutting motor stop, and the motor starts automatically when the lack of material is compensated, thereby reducing empty packages.
