Main Feature:

1. The  packing line adopts centralized electrical control, intelligent acceleration and deceleration, and human-computer interaction is more reasonable;

2. Each line only needs 2 to 4 people on duty, and the daily packaging is 15 to 40 tons, which is equivalent to the daily manual packaging volume of about 30 people;

3. Imported electrical components are selected, the host frequency conversion speed regulation, the servo motor controls the sorting, grouping and the conveying of the packaging film, with the functions of anti-cutting and anti-air packaging;

4. Use roll film instead of finished packaging bags, saving 500-800 yuan of consumables per day;

5. Accurate counting, good compatibility, can be packaged in size and weight, equipped with protective devices, and high equipment safety;

6. The production line can carry out the proportioning of different quantities from four to twelve weighing machines according to the production capacity demand.
