Application:
This equipment is suitable for the forming and packaging of M-shaped three-dimensional bags of 180-260mm long loose dried noodles, pasta, rice noodles and other materials. Through automatic weighing, bag making, lifting, conveying and other steps, the whole process of automatic three-dimensional bag packaging is realized.

Main Feature:
1. This Packing line can be used in combination with ordinary packaging machines and three-dimensional bag packaging machines at the same time. It is controlled intelligently to meet the fast packaging needs of three-dimensional bag packaging and ordinary plastic packaging products.

2. The elevated design is adopted to allow people and logistics to pass without obstacles, save material and personnel flow time, and speed up the efficiency of workshop circulation;

3. The weighing speed is 70% higher than that of ordinary weighing machines, saving 80% of the floor space. The ergonomic manipulator is designed to be soft, precise and anti-breakage;

4. It is equipped with a high-speed weighing intelligent feeding system to complete material sorting, unloading and replenishing, and automatically adjust to enter each weighing machine station, which is neat and orderly, and has a large conveying capacity;

Q: Do provide overseas after-sales services ? is it free or not ?
1.  the seller shall send technicians to the buyer's factory while the buyer shall be charged for such service cost including round-air  ticket, boarding & lodgings, visa fee as well as daily service fee of USD100.00.
2. For damaged spare parts resulting from quality problem, the seller shall supply the buyer free of charge for replacements within the guaranty period. Otherwise, the buyer shall buy parts at own expenses.
