Brand new noodle making process
Originally create the technology of continuous calendering of flour sheets and floccules, the floccules towards inside of two sheets, to achieve the good formation of gluten network and unique gradation of "hard outside and soft inside, dense outside and sparse inside". After 30 minutes of automatic rolling and curing and continuous calendering, the elastic, chewy and smooth fresh noodles are formed.
High automation
Only one person is needed to operate from the output of flour mixing machine to the packaging of fresh noodles. The whole process is completed automatically.
