Product Description

Double-Layer Cutting Machine for long Spaghetti 

Application:
This machine is designed to cut noodles, pasta, spaghetti, rice noodles, etc.

Advantages:

1. It uses a herringbone cutter for cutting, resulting in neat ends after cutting and a low rate of broken noodles.
2. With a special mechanical design of the cutter and hanging rods, there is no cutting of the rods.
3. It is equipped with a tailing separation function to prevent the end tailings after slitting from entering the conveying and packaging process.
4. A rod cleaning mechanism is provided to automatically remove the remaining noodles on the rods. At the same time, the hanging rods can be automatically returned to the turnover vehicle, reducing manual transportation and preventing secondary pollution caused by human contact.
5. It can meet the cutting requirements of noodle, Italian pasta, and rice noodle production lines ranging from 500mm to 1500mm.
