1 Use Japanese original servo motor. There is no transmission and differential in the mechanical structure and most of the chain transmission is omitted, so the whole machine runs smoothly.
2 large-screen Touch Screen, the content of the window is user-oriented, with bidirectional instructions in Chinese and English, and the packing speed, packing length, and control method are directly input by the screen
3 Using photoelectric detection, driven by servo system, it can be automatically controlled according to the printing color mark on the film to ensure the accuracy of cutting length and printing pattern. It is easy to adjust the tracking and cutting position. The operator only needs to introduce the packaging film into the machine, confirm the initial state and press a button. The electronic control system automatically determines the cutting position.
4 The safety protection stop and fault stop of the machine are all prompted and displayed on the Touch Screen, so that maintenance and troubleshooting are simple.
5 The appearance of the whole machine is beautiful and practical.
6.Direct heating type vertical sealing, the heater and the sealing wheel are in direct contact, and the heat loss is small when they rotate together.
7. Adapt to a variety of packaging films, the minimum film thickness is 0.02-0.08mm
8. The main components of the electric control system adopt Japanese original devices, and the working process adopts the programmable controller of Japanese companies, with high automation and high reliability.
9. The heating system adopts 220V electric heating system to heat up quickly and control the temperature accurately.
10. The electric control system has a color mark detection function, which can alarm the deviation of the color mark, the deviation of the packaging film and the setting error of the photoelectric switch.
