This equipment is suitable for M-type three-dimensional bag forming and packaging of bulk noodles, pasta and other materials. The whole process of automatic three-dimensional bag packaging is realized through automatic weighing, bag making, lifting, conveying and other steps.

Main Feature:
1. Three-dimensional molding: Subvert the previous manual M-bag model, realize the automatic production of high-end packaging, and the patented product of Haikejia;
2. The automatic bag making of roll film realizes the switching of packaging varieties within the range of 400-1000g, reducing labor and bag film costs;
3. Reciprocating horizontal sealing: the design of reciprocating horizontal sealing knife is adopted, and the sealing angle is beautiful;
4. Electronic cutting prevention is adopted to avoid equipment and personnel injury caused by mistaken cutting;
5. Increase the empty bag detection function to effectively prevent the generation of empty bags and save the cost of film materials;

Q: Are you trading company or manufacturer ?
A: We are factory professional in manufacturing the Food making and packing machine with the design, development, customization and innovation .

Q: How long is your delivery time?
A: Generally it is 5-10 days if the goods are in stock. or it is 15-20 days if the goods are not in stock, it is according to
quantity and the customers' detailed requirements.

Q: Do you provide overseas after-sales service ? Is it free or extra ?
A: 1. For technical training on adjustment and operation of the equipment at abroad, the seller shall send technicians to the buyer's factory while the buyer shall be charged for such service cost including round-air ticket, boarding & lodgings, visa feeas well as daily service fee of USD150.00.
2. For damaged spare parts resulting from quality problem, the seller shall supply the buyer free of charge for replacements within the guaranty period. Otherwise, the buyer shall buy parts at own expenses.

Q: What is your terms of payment ?
A: Payment term: 40% of total value to be paid by T/T as down payment, and the 60% balance payment to be paid prior before shipment.
