This packing machine mainly completes the functions of three-dimensional forming, bag film forming, packaging and sealing. It is mainly composed of the following parts:
1. Horizontal sealing part
The horizontal sealing part adopts a reciprocating horizontal sealing seal, which is mainly composed of a sealer (up/down), a cutting knife and a transmission part; the sealer realizes the sealing effect by adjusting the temperature, contact time and pressure; the cutting knife controls the packaging film by a cylinder Cut off; the transmission part is driven by a separate servo motor, and the length of the packaging bag is adjusted through the motion controller.
2. Vertical sealing part
The longitudinal sealing part is mainly composed of the film kneading part, the preheating part and the longitudinal sealing sealing part; the film kneading part mainly prevents the material dislocation due to the loosening of the bag film when the machine stops, and adjusts the residual force of the longitudinal sealing by adjusting the angle of the film kneading wheel; the function of the preheating part reduces the longitudinal sealing. The temperature of the sealing wheel improves the aesthetics of the sealing; the longitudinal sealing part breaks the conventional unilateral opening and closing method, and adopts the simultaneous opening and closing method of both sides to realize the shutdown without scalding the packaging film.
3. The upper and lower parts of the folder
The upper and lower clamping transportation is mainly to realize the connection between the vertical seal and the horizontal seal, and the material is smoothly transported to the horizontal seal position.
4. Bag maker
The roll bag film is made into a shape that matches the packaging, and the packaging is wrapped into a longitudinal seal.
5. Three-dimensional molding part
The three-dimensional forming part is also the core part of this equipment. The packaging film is heated by three sets of preheating blocks, and the heated packaging film enters the indentation forming roller to achieve the three-dimensional effect of ironing and forming.
6. Film feeding part
The film feeding part is mainly composed of a film support roller, a film power roller and an angle roller; the film support roller mainly fixes the coil packaging film, and realizes the overlap between the center of the packaging film and the center of the bag maker by adjusting the front and back positions of the film support roller; The power roller adjusts the tightness of the packaging film from the bag maker to the longitudinal seal through servo control; the angle roller is used to adjust the flatness of the packaging film to the bag maker.
