Application:

This equipment is mainly used for weighing dry noodles, pasta, rice noodles and other long strips of food. According to requirements, it can achieve accurate weighing of different weights, and realize the connection with the back-end strapping machine, elevator, feeding system, and packaging. Can be used alone or connected

Feature:
1. It can be used in conjunction with the ordinary packaging machine and the three-dimensional bag packaging machine at the same time, and the combination of rough weighing and fine weighing can complete accurate weighing;
2. The unique design of the automatic feeding system for fine weighing, through which the manipulator grabs materials from the coarse bin and automatically puts them into the fine bin, which is 70% faster than ordinary weighing machines;
3. Solve the problem of large area of the ordinary weighing machine and difficulty in the flow of people and logistics. The overhead design is adopted for the flow of people and the logistics can pass through without obstacles, saving materials and personnel flow time, and speeding up the circulation efficiency of the workshop;
4. Equipped with dual feeding ports, which can complete the coordination of the two feeding ports and the downstream conveying equipment at the same time, realizing orderly and fast automatic weighing.
