Usage:
This machine is suitable for film automatic packaging (with gold wire) of single boxed items in various industries. The most advanced imported PLC programmable controller is adopted, with safety door protection and alarm device to ensure the stability of high-speed operation of the machine, and various setting operations can be easily completed on the touch screen. When changing the mold, there is no need to adjust the height of the working table on both sides of the machine, and there is no need to disassemble and assemble the discharge chain

Feature:

1.This machine is a fully automatic high-speed transparent film packaging equipment. It adopts the alternate packaging method of multi-station turntable. All wrapping and heat-sealing actions are completed by cam drive, which has the characteristics of fast speed and stable operation.
2. Items of different sizes can be packaged by changing the mold, and the newly designed multi-patented structure makes the replacement of the mold easier and faster.
3.Using the new double rotary film cutting knife, the lifetime is increased by 5 times, and the film cutting is more precise and smooth.
4. Equipped with a static eliminator, which can effectively eliminate the static electricity adsorbed on the packaging film and make the film feeding smoother
5. The frequency converter is used to adjust the packaging speed, which can reach 40 to 80 bags/min according to different packaging items.
