If possible, you can send us sample and we will test on our machine. So we will show videos and pictures for you. We can also show you online by video chatting.

4. How to choose the right machine?

5. How can I make sure about the machine quality if i order on you?
We offer 1 year warranty from shipment date. During one year we can provide parts for free due to quality problem, but human error is not included. From the second year, parts only collect cost price.
6. What should I do if I'm not able to operate the machine when we receive it?
Operation manual and videos we sent will guides you the installation and commissioning. Besides, we have professional after-sale group to customer 's site to solve any problems.we also provide 7*24 hours online technical support.
