Application :
Automatically finish the process of weighting, outputting, bundling and sealed packing of the Spaghetti and other noodle

Feature:
1. Because each group of noodles comes from the same group of weighing and binding machines, the weighing accuracy is high, and the strapping tapes of each group of noodles are located at the same position, resulting in a beautiful binding effect.

2. The straps have no exposed tails and no straps.

3. Straight-forward servo feeding saves 20% of floor space
The connection adopts centralized electrical control, intelligent acceleration and deceleration, and more reasonable human-computer interaction.

4. Optional robot gripper to automatically add tray

5. Each line only requires 2-4 people to be on duty, and can pack 15-40 tons per day, which is equivalent to the daily manual packaging volume of about 30 people.

6. Imported electrical components are selected, the main machine has frequency conversion speed regulation, and the servo motor controls the sorting, grouping and packaging film transportation, and has the functions of anti-cutting and anti-empty packaging.
