Q: Are you trading company or manufacturer ?

Q: How long is your delivery time?
A: Generally it is 5-10 days if the goods are in stock. or it is 15-20 days if the goods are not in stock, it is according to
quantity and the customers' detailed requirements.

Q: Do you provide overseas after-sales service ? Is it free or extra ?
A: 1. For technical training on adjustment and operation of the equipment at abroad, the seller shall send technicians to the buyer's factory while the buyer shall be charged for such service cost including round-air ticket, boarding & lodgings, visa feeas well as daily service fee of USD150.00.
2. For damaged spare parts resulting from quality problem, the seller shall supply the buyer free of charge for replacements within the guaranty period. Otherwise, the buyer shall buy parts at own expenses.
