HKJ High Speed Pillow Shape Automatic Weighing and Packing Machine
This equipment is suitable for the forming and packaging of M-shaped three-dimensional bags of 180-260mm long loose dried noodles, pasta, rice noodles and other materials. Through automatic weighing, bag making, lifting, conveying and other steps, the whole process of automatic three-dimensional bag packaging is realized.

Feature:
1. Three-dimensional molding: change the previous manual mode of filling M bags to realize automatic packaging production;

2. Automatic roll film bag making can realize the switching of packaging varieties within the range of 400~1000g, reducing labor and bag film costs;

3. Reciprocating horizontal sealing: adopts the design of reciprocating horizontal sealing knife, and the sealing angle is beautiful;

4. Use electronic anti-cutting to avoid equipment and personnel injury caused by miscutting;

5. Add empty package detection function to effectively prevent the generation of empty packages and save the cost of film materials;

6. The combination of single scale and double scale can be selected according to the production capacity;
