Product Description

With rice as the main raw material, the water content of the fresh rice noodle is 66-70%. Packaged in composite film bags, the shelf life after preservation treatment can reach 6 months.

Production Process:
rice feeding→micro fermented soaking→filtering→rice crushing→mixing→feeding→aging & extruding→cutting & shaping→weight checking→conveying→sorting into boxes→aging→softening→shaping→sterilizing→boxes unloading→bag packing→sterilizing→end product

Highlights:
1. Production specification: 200-240g / bag, 4320 bags / h, and the production capacity is 860-1040kg / h.
2. 10 hours per shift, 9 hours of production, 15 employees per shift, the yield is 18.7 tons of fresh rice noodles in two shifts.
