Q1. What is the payment method?
A1. Usually, we appreciate T/T, D/P,L/C. 40% as deposit and 60% balance should be paid before we ship out the machine. The specific situation can be negotiated!
Q2. Are the products available? When can we expect delivery?
A2. The packing machine all belongs to the custom product, because each customer's packing material, the packing bag size is all different, therefore does not have the complete machine stock. The manufacturer's main cabinet and related accessories have stock, can be installed immediately according to customer needs, general conventional models single production cycle is 7-10 days.
Q3. Does the price you quote include tax and shipping?
A3. The prices we quoted do not include tax. Normally machine would be shipped out from Qingdao Port, or a port designated by the customer.
Q5. Can you make the sample?
A5. We can make samples according to your requirements after receiving the materials from you. Once the samples are finished, you will pay the postage on delivery.
Q6. Can you provide an after-sale service?
A6. Any questions in technical can contact us by email or by phone. The engineer can be distributed overseas if required.
